If you have UPC internet, there currently switching users to IPv6, and linking all IPv4 activity over there carrier NAT, wich actively blocks all ports that need to function in order to play GW2, they disallow upnp, dmz, port-forwarding, dual wifi use….
They are making the changes step by step in each new firmware update there limiting the options user mainly use to download things or that are handy for p2p….
If you call them and keep calling them, they switch you back to IPv4, whit fully restored functionality, towards upnp, dmz and port-forwarding. As currently 99% of the internet is still on IPv4, I strongly recommend that if you have UPC you demand switchback…
The dual wifi however they keep refusing… (will see how court reacts on it as I see it a breach of contract as 1 month ago it was working…), lets all hope EU comes fast whit ruling over free and open internet…
