We have been trying to get my girlfriends account password for 4 days now and still are unable to change the password. she is unable to play GW2 at the moment but can play gw1 and was wanting to, till we get her a better computer that will handle the graphics of gw2. Her accounts are linked and she is unable to login to neither of the accounts because of this. Any help is welcome.
If she can sign into the GW2 forums, she might be able to retrieve her password from her browser’s cache. If that fails, she (not you) will need to file a support ticket.
