Good day.
I bought GEMs a few times now with zero hassle, but since the whole system went down and came back up again it dont seem to be working properly. I tried from 4000 to 800 gems and all fail due to a card issue. I was able this morning to buy 800 finally but that was all.

odviously since I knew there was more than enough money in my account to cover this I was a tad worried and made a trip to the bank to confirm that there was nothign wrong with the account. There wasnt anything wrong at my end and more than enough money there to pay for said purchase.

yet still I cant purchase anymore gem. Can someone (hopefully a dev) enlighten me to the problem.

Having the same problem unable to purchase gems due to stupid “Card Approval Failed” and “Failed to finalize order”, really frustrating, I appreciate trying to put in a system for my protection, but this just seems utterly over-sensitive and broken, I was counting on getting some gems when the store came back on, even made a ticket ( Reference: 120921-000320 ), and likewise checked my card and things on my end and everything is fine.

I just hope it wont take days to sort this out. Really not happy.
