Guild Wars 2

Okay I’ve seen similar posts to this but none that have been answered to solve my problem. My second hard drive failed and had the my documents folder and guild wars on it. Now every time I try to download the client and run it I get the error stated in the title. I’ve been told I need to create a new my documents, but I have no idea how to do this/fix this issue.

Thanks, but I can’t change the location of my documents as I don’t have a my documents folder anymore, and when I create one the location tab isn’t present

My document link when you open through the start menu or else where is just a pointer to the physical location which previously you had stored on a 2nd HD. But that HD has died so now the link is broken.

Should still have a My document folder in C:\User\<username> or just right click my documents from the library

Thanks once again, I fixed the problem just now, the hard drive was said to be failing, i plugged it in and found i could access some files while others were corrupt, the whole of gw2 wasnt accessible but i managed to drag the my documents over to the c drive and its currently repairing and seems to work, thank you for your time and help kirito:)
