Guild Wars 2

I’m receiving the error message stating that the game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time. It suggests that it may be caused by a firewall or router setting, security application, etc. I’m certain that none of these potential causes is the culprit.

Is anybody else experiencing connectivity issues at this time? Oddly enough, I was connected about two hours ago.

I was just wondering if anyone else was getting a login server error message at this time.

EDIT: Yep just saw another thread after hitting submit.

Yep. Happened after changing zones for a guildmate and me.

Yep. Happened to me zoning as well.

Seems the servers are down. I’m having the same issue.

I am online but my wife can’t connect. Seems to be a Login issue.

I think the logon servers might be a bit wonky, can’t seem to get in with trying to switch characters

Yeah me and my guildies just finished CM explorable and got disconnected and we can’t reconnect

Same here when zoning into WvW. Can’t log in now.

Well first thing i did was made a ticket, only to find out now… everyone else is having trouble. Ain’t that a kick in the head for me. LOL So now we know by default when servers are down or not accepting incoming transmissions, it will give a false positive about our security yay

Same issue. I guess it’s effecting everyone or a least a significant group of players. It’ll probably be back soon.

Same here, was starting a lvl 78 Story Quest. Sucks that it’s happening, glad to know I’m not the only one!

Yarr, zoned into a story quest in Queensdale and BOOM client dissapeared x.x hopefully back up soon! I’ve got nothing left to do all night

Same problem here while transitioning from Divinity’s Reach to Lion’s Gate via portal.

Just had the same thing happen to me while zoning.

yes 3 of 6 of my guildies that were online cannot access game after zoning .

Same, was zoning out of one of the human starting lands (level 15-25).

Servers are completely messed up tonight. While I sit here unable to log in, my friend called me to tell me his gun is shooting nearly at nearly double its normal speed. Are servers getting rolled back?

Need anet to either A) fix this asap, or announce that they’re working on this and when it will be fixed. Really hoping for option A.

They already did acknowledge the issue and said they’re working on it

I completely agree, but, I’ve learned that Twitter is generally where they post things first.

I hate both and hate it even more that you have to use them in today’s society.

Just had this happen to me when leaving a AC Exp group. Don’t think I’v ever played a game with more issues and problems than this game has given me.

Sounds like you never played Diablo 3. I sort of wish I didn’t, but a few friends recommended it to pass time until this game released

Well the good news is I got back in. The bad news? Looks like I was rolled back about 1 hour. Time to go re-do everything I just did I guess.

Servers seem to be back up now. It let me login here and in game.

yea its up, but i agree why use twitter when u have ur own forum.

mikemilkchoo, as has already been said in the post… Even the person posting on Twitter could not log onto the forums… it was a login issue, so they had to use twitter.

Oh this sucks, we finished a CM explorable before getting kicked, but I logged back in to find I’m missing 15 out of my 30 seals of beetletun.

Got booted and just logged back in and was rolled back half a level
