Title says it all. When I try to delete a character, it goes through the usual routine of having to type his/her name and then hit the delete button, except nothing happens. I have tried logging and attempting it again with no luck.

Exactly same type name press delete, screen clears and nothing changes.

I’m also having this problem. I have all 5 slots used and have tried to delete the characters on each end with no luck. I haven’t tried the middle 3.
I was able to delete characters before. I don’t know if it’s an issue with having all 5 slots used or what the deal is

Ok either its fixed or i found a work around. I logged out, logged into another toon which made all toons move in position and I was able to delete.

I’m having the same issue. Tried the above workaround with no success.

Just a detail, in the description it says

If yout are certain you wich to delete “Character Name,”…

ia has a comma before quotes

having same issue also..i was able to do this yesterday , infact did it several times, but after the last nights patch i’ve been unable to delete a single character :S

not sure why some claim it is fixed. I had no issues till this patch now i can not delete a character. I have tried the “work around” to no avail

Same problem, tried about 2 hrs before patch and couldnt, tried again after patch and still couldnt. Was fine previous to that, and yeah starterd when i fillled the 5th slot like someone else posted ?

As of about 4:00 AM Monday morning (10/08), the issue with players being unable to delete character has been fixed. If you have continued problems, please feel free to start a new thread (and keep all similar posts in the same thread, please) but we believe that this has been fully addressed and all will be well now.
