Guild Wars 2

I have been playing since launch and this is the first time ive seen this. When I try to log in I get “Unable to access log-in server at this time”. I tried all the steps from here

But nothing works but a restart of my machine. But that only works for a bit and then I am back to not being able to log in.
Running on Windows 7. Tried both 64 and 32 bit clients, this is the ONLY game that is having a problem.

Same here. I got the error code: 7:1000:7006:462.
