Guild Wars 2

My main, Sammijay, crashes the game whenever i try to log in.

Attempts to load in at labyrinthine cliffs, then swaps to geddaran fields, then back to labyrinthine cliffs, then the game crashes.

i have sent in a support ticket, but i was wondering how long would that take? or if i could get it fixed sooner? (hear stories of tickets taking weeks)

coming back to the game and would like to get straight into it

This is not an account issue but a tech issue.

You should post there and see if you can get some tips to follow up on.

Also, it’s frowned upon to submit a ticket and post right after, when your ticket is 72 hours or older, post the number in the sticky. We can’t give you an exact time, you will have to be patient.

Have you tried doing a repair? If you have corrupted files that might fix the problem.

Every other character of mine can log in and play fine tho

We can’t say how long it will take, like I said. But when you hear nothing for 3 days, then you can post the number in the sticky asking for a review.

A mod will sort this post out for you, or move it to the tech section.

This issue comes up a lot in the tech section, so try some tips from there while you wait.

The problem is probably because your character is in a map that no longer exists. Just going to have to wait for support to sort it out.

I have the exact same problem, would be greatful if i could get it fixed or if someone could post a working fix. Thanks
