Are you getting any emails from submitted a ticket using the non-logged in form?
If so, you can respond to those to continue the ticket. Also, you can try emailing support@guildwars2.com

So, you went to support then to “ask a question” and started filling out a ticket?
If you didn’t do that, give that a try first. Don’t make a up a support account, just fill in a ticket.
Do you mean to click on ask a question? I used that and still no response.
Here I started a new one, like 5th now…

If you’ve done that 5 times, you’re actually delaying your response. I’d suggest you close all the tickets you’ve opened but one. Follow the directions that you just pasted to set up an account and do that.
As I said I cannot log in into my account, I get no emails when I click forgot username/pw
I never get emails, will try to email them myself! THanks!
