Unable to patch/install game
my screen doesnt go black but it crashes at the patcher window and i get the “send report to arenanet” prompt.
After several tries I got it to crash the drivers and freeze instead of a black screen. Any help?
When I’ve tried to download the latest patch, after about 10 minutes the screen goes black and I am forced to restart. I even ended up reinstalling Windows along with every driver possible, but this occurs even when installing the game from scratch.
Any help? Is it related to the crashing issues people are having?
