My sister wanted to buy the digital deluxe version of the game in the store tonight so she could play with me but she keeps getting an error saying “the credit card information you have entered is invalid”.

She has tried multiple credit cards, so it is not an issue with that.

When she tries Paypal she gets an error saying “something went wrong”.

I have read on google that this is most likely an issue with the website itself, and that only someone from GW2 can fix it. Live Chat is unavailable for some reason, so she submitted a ticket.

Her boyfriend also tried it with his email and credit card and it also did not work.

Not sure what else to do. It’s a shame, we really wanted to play tonight.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

I’m having the same issue tonight with my friend. He can’t purchase the game and it’s a real shame since we both have some time off these next few days. Hopefully Arena Net can address this issue and at least let us know it’s being looked at.

Same problem here. Yesterday I bought a copy and after 4-5 hours I tried to buy another one for my friend and it doesn’t work. And the most annoying thing is that I don’t get reply from the support.

Already did that and still waiting for a reply.

Hello, I Have had the same problem as you, I am willing to buy the game for my cousing so we can play together but we get the same error on 4 different credit cars an a paypal account. We really want to buy the game, so what can we do in order to buy it, is there a way to buy a second license from withing the game?
