Unable to see or respond to support ticket

Incident Report: [Incident: 120915-006257]?
Issue: Screen went black after I’d been playing for a few hours. Tried to log back in only to get the message that my account has been suspended because it detected that someone has tried to log into my account from an unrecognized location.
Went to the support and made a ticket only to find that I can’t LOG IN to my support account. It says either my username or password is wrong OR that my account is disabled. So I tried to reset my password and it DOES NOT send the email. It does send me my account name. I try to log in and it will not log in.
SO how do I respond to or update my ticket if I can’t LOG IN to support!? How frustrating.
I’d appreciate some help with this as I am assuming my ticket will be auto closed due to my lack of response and not my lack of trying to respond.
edit: It says ‘may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual’ – may have? Is the system unsure?
How about, I am here letting you know that it was me playing when I was kicked off and I’ve changed my password to a nice complicated one. Please unblock my account so I can spend some time with my wife before I have to go to work on Monday and will probably too tired to play much.
On a side note. I appreciate ArenaNet trying to protect it’s players but did you really think adding this system would be BETTER? So, let’s just suspend all suspicious activity, create 3-5 day ticket queues and call it even? Why not just make it a temporary suspension that lifts the moment the player resets their password – a process that makes them submit all information that is probably on file, such as serial, account name, real name, etc into a reset form. System thinks and resets the password and boom the player is back in! All are joyous. I know it probably sounds easier than it really is, but then again 3-5 day ticket queue is horrendous.

An email from sender ‘ArenaNet’ with subject title ‘Authorize login attempt’
Inside this email will be a link similar to the following:
https://account.guildwars2.com/allow-login?token=<A BUNCH OF NUMBERS AND LETTERS>&request=<A BUNCH OF NUMBERS AND LETTERS>&ip=<IP ADDRESS OF COMPUTER ATTEMPTING TO LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT>
If you have that email, it means that you or someone else attempted to access your account at the aforementioned IP Address.
If this is the case, the computer/IP Address trying to login would have to be authorized , and that can only occur by clinking the link mentioned above. So ask yourself this. Did you click that link thinking it was some routine email verification from ArenaNet?

NO I didn’t and I also didn’t get a confirmation email either of the two times I changed my password today.

I’m not talking about being able to log into my GAME account, it’s my support account. I’ve made two more support accounts and once I log out it does NOT allow me to log back in.
This is absolutely ridiculous if I now have to open a ticket JUST to see my ticket.
