Over the Past 4 Months i have spend over 300$ on Gem Shop On the account i recived banned on, i was beta player and i never stoped playin gw2 since that day and just now i get Prem Banned off Gold Sell or w/e it was.

Please look into my account Xmas and New Year about to hit the door and i dont want to feel that way from ArenaNet

I got this message on log in: Error Code: 45:6:3:2114

“Your GuildWars2 Account has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money, which is a breach of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. This action is permanent”

I can confirm 100% that i have NOT participated in such activity.

The day before the ban, i sent 200g to my real life friends (“Sr Engineer” and “The Uncle” character names) to help them get the achievement of storing 200g. Then they sent me my 200g back on mail.

All i was doing was help them get the achievement, no real money was involved what-so-ever. They even sent me the gold back !

The other transaction with gold i made the same day was with my brother, he did the new Wintersday Dungeons, and sent me the gold he made by Mail. (this is the email associated with my brother’s account: E-Mail Removed )

There was NO real life money involved in any way, and i am NOT a gold farmer nor am i dealing with gold farmers.

I expect to get my account un-banned as soon as possible.

Thank you for cooperation and please understand my frustration for not being able to play the game today.

I have played with Hadess ingame, we’re in the same guild on Piken Square and I don’t believe that he is a goldseller. Hope you get your access back soon.

I can vouch for Hadess that this is indeed an incorrect accusation and the players involved only traded money to each other for the achievement.

Hopefully this ticket can be reviewed and resolved soon!

I can say that this is 100% an incorrect accusation. I know him from real life and in-game and i played many hours with him. He is NOT a gold seller nor is he associated with any gold-sellers.

Please review this ticket quickly and resolve the issue.

Hadess is in the same guild as I am, he is most certainly not a gold seller.
I thought it was a joke when I heard about this on TS >.<.
Hope he gets his account back soon!

When I heard it on TS, I didn’t believe it , I just had to see it with my own eyes.

Such mistakes are the ones that end up marking a company and its games in the long run. I hope Anet will be able to get their facts straight and start banning players that DO HARM guildwars for real rather then innocent players like Hadess. I’ve known the guy for quite a while now and he might be many things , but a hacker or a gold seller it aint one. You should unban him rightaway and present him with an apology.

Koja is my in real friend and we team up together in game and im pretty sure he is not a gold seller nor actually buying any…

I was surprised when i heard about it and hope you reverse the decision…

While i don’t know Koja in real life, we’ve spent alot of time together since the launch of fractals. We’ve been progressing together and not once i noticed anything about him that’d make me believe he’d be involved in gold selling.

I really hope for this matter to be resolved rather soon, so he can focus on his studies again and not have to worry about his account in the meantime.

According to Anet forum admin, as long as the gold is earned by you, they wouldn’t ban you for transfering gold. Can Anet clairfy on this statement ? i sent 150g to my friend, will i be expecting an ban?
