Don’t see what the problem is. I have silly, food based names. It’s a motif. Ketchup Boogie, Milk Salad and the (so-called offensive) Sausage Milk. I know what you’re thinking, but you needa get your head out the gutter because that just isn’t what it means. I’ve had this name for ~1 year with no issues. That alone ought to explain a lot.

Moreover, the name is actually a reference to a harmless television show on Adult Swim called Xavier, Renegade Angel. The episode is called “kitten esia You” and it involves a merecat going to a vending machine that sells sausage and milk.

I know that free speech doesn’t matter in a game but I think this is some pretty clear evidence my name is not grimy and was unjustly b& so I hope I can get back to using it.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter what your intent is, but how the name is viewed by others. If you can recognize what might come to mind when others see it, then you can also understand that some people might find it offensive. Many people are not that familiar with the offerings on Adult Swim. I am sure you can think of another name without such connotations. Good luck. =)

What is Sausage Milk? When somebody thinks about what it might be, one may not think of food, sadly.

What about Milk Sausage? It doesn’t sound dirty reversed like that (at least not to me). However when I saw Sausage Milk my mind was immediately sent to the gutter.

The fact that you needed to tell people to get our heads out of the gutter, is clear indication that you knew this was a bad name.
