Guild Wars 2

I had a stable 60 ish ping for the past 2 weeks and now it goes as high as 600 for no reason. Im located in Canada and other games like CS GO I have a normal ping so not sure whats going on. The average now is around 200 but still unplayable in PvP on the thief class

Since yesterday I have the same issue from Germany (ping>1k). In the mad king labyrinth some instances are ok, but some are horrible. Even in some instances of the living story I have these problems.
Surprisingly my wife has the same pc (equal in hardware and nearly in software) and she has much less trouble although we are playing together over the same internet connection in the same instance of a map.
