Guild Wars 2

I’ve been having an odd issue with the Mac client as it was downloading today. I’ve been downloading it to an External Hard drive all day, and part way through I needed my laptop and thusly closed the download and unhooked the external drive. When returning later I attempted t re-open the file to continue the download and this is the following message I received:

Unsupported Color Depth

This game requires the color depth to be set to 32 bits (millions of colors) in your display settings.

I’m currently running on a 15" Macbook Pro with Retina Display. Admittedly I’m new to Macs, so I’m not sure if there’s a readily available and/or obvious solution to this.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

The only thing I can suggest would be to open up System Preferences (In the applications folder). Go to the Displays Panel and then check that Colour is set to the default (probably Colour LCD).
