Hi Rajinforce.7628
From reading your report there are numerous occasions were your client fails to even communicate with your router. This could indicate that a software based security measure such as your AVG antivirus/firewall is blocking this action.
Please try again with AVG temporarily disabled.

Still doing the same thing. I tried that eariler as well. =S
any suggestions as to how and solve this issue? Ive connected directly to my router instead of my previous wireless hook-up, and disabled and SPI firewall on my router, PC and disabled AVG, all to no evail.
from what i can see in your report the problem is before the communication reaches your router. Do you have any other security software installed? perhaps windows firewall is enabled?

Ive turned off windows firewall, disabled AVG until restart, and even disabled the SPI Firewall on my router, still nothing. I open Guild Wars 2 to update, and it stays at 0% and freezes. Im currently running a new test since ive made though changes, i can upload that momentarily.
Test finally finished, again I have no idea what to look for. Lol

What are the current IP Addresses of your DNS service providers, also have you tried changing them to OpenDNS or GoogleDNS
Also I see your router runs on DD-WRT can you check for settings such as “UPNP” and “QoS” and let me know if they are enabled or disabled.

I do have both UPNP and QoS on my router, both are set to disabled. And each time i run config/all to find my DNS address, its pops up real fast then goes away. Much too fast to read it.
and this is supposely my DNS IP address, had to use a website to find it for me.

Its late here (4:59am) so just leaving a few notes.
- The 8.27.. address is you IP address not your DNS address (please obscure it in your post above as Anet doesn’t like it when you share that info).
- Can you test with UPNP enabled on your router.
- Can you test with the OpenDNS.com addresses for your DNS in your router.
- Can you re-run the GameAdvisor after both changes have been made.

Ive just successfully got OpenDNS working on my router, conformied it with the opendns site, and have the UPNP enabled now. Running a new test, and then will try the update again. Thank you for all your help so far.
And here are the test results with those changes.
