Guild Wars 2

This is not new but with a screen shot and the log file I am hoping support will benefit. The first picture shows where it stalls, the second is what happens after a period of time.

All my previous contact with support has been awesome and I am far from alone with this problem so I am hoping this helps all concerned.

To the teams that do support, please keep up the good work, not enough is said about the good that is done.

You might consider posting this in the thread where the Dev asked for the log. Perhaps, an answer/solution is forthcoming.

You seem to have read the posting closely. I did say it’s not new. It is hard for people unfamiliar with forums to find things like this, I am trying to help those rather than going directly for a support ticket that helps me and not others looking for help.

Not sure where you got the idea to contact the CS Team from my post.

I merely suggested you post the log in the thread (with red splash Dev posts) where said Dev asked specifically for said log.

The problem I had is fixed, pretty fast, about 30 minutes after this post, no idea if it helped.
