Hello there, in the morning i sold some stuff on TP without any problems. Now i am playing guild missions and i want to sell rare items and i see some tab which is telling me to upgrade the game to full account. What?? I already bought the game when it was released -_-. So is this some server issue or what?

Did you buy the game from a net? Or a certified gw2 retailer?

Same problem here. I sold and bought stuff today. In the same gaming sessions i suddenly can’t sell anymore. I could still pick up a few purchased items. I’m getting the same ‘use the upgrade button’ message. I tried logging out and logging back in but that did not help.

Same problem here, TP worked fine earlier and now it’s asking me to upgrade to a full account to be able to sell and i’m definitely not on a trial account.

Same here, I’ve bought stuff an hour ago for crafting. Now I cant sell the stuff I made. Worst thing is that now my bags are full and I cant sell

I don’t know whether to just sit tight and wait, or to submit a ticket so I’m not the 48,192th in line to get my account fixed.

Same problem here! And I’m worried that I’m not going to be able to redeem my new Gem Card before the TP big anniversary sale ends: 16 hours left in the sale!
What are the chances ArenaNet corrects this in the near future?

Same problem here… and when I’ve opened the support web page I’ve received an advise that the site was not secure because certificate expired sep. 1st 2013… that is today… maybe things are related?

I am playing the game for a year and have the same problems, earlier today i could sell stuffs at the TP. But not anymore because i need to “upgrade” my account

i’m having same issue’s,sold stuff not more than 20mins ago an now it say upgrade,lol

Most of the people i know in game, including my wife and myself are having the same issue with our accounts being treated as trial accounts. Despite both our accounts being 1 year old. I am guessing this is a game wide problem and is known, but just wanted to post so it is noticed unless its not.

Same problem with my account, I’ve been using tp for few hours today. At WvWvW someone was complaining about this issue. When i checked i wasn’t able to sell anything. I have bought the game almost a year ago -_-. I currently play on Blacktide

Same. It is always the same, right when you decide you want to buy something from the shop (in my case Rox’s bow). I cant exchange the final 200gems I need.

I’ve also just noticed this happened within the last 30 mins, was working completely fine an hour ago. EU server Aurora Glade.

EU player and i have the same issue as well.
Noticed it when i wanted to buy some gems for some of the sales. Ah well, thats not going to happen now anymore with the sale ending soon.

Been playing this game for a year , and today I started getting this error message when trying to sell items on the Black Trading Post.
We need a fix.. asap
