And? Sorry but you are not going to be a top ticket for them, say over a hacked account or such.

That makes sense, can’t have people getting refunds then wanting to pick up where they left off later on. New account seems entirely reasonable.
I’m totally fine with that, just waiting for response. Thought I’d share my silly situation.
So, I got an answer to my ticket, and apparently they’re going to issue me yet another refund. Lol.
