Hi!

I’ve been trying to find out if there’s any way to return an item that’s been purchased for tokens and get said tokens back, but I can’t seem to find any solid info on the subject.
I recently purchased a pair of legguards, which cost me 300 Shards of Zhaitan. Unfortunately I was trying to be so careful about what stats to get that I purchased medium armor for my guardian(!).

Is there any way to get a refund or to get them exchanged for the heavy armor? In-game or by asking Anet for support on these forums?

Thought I’d give it a try, thank you so much in advance!

No, this sort of thing is considered player error and is not something ANet will reverse. You will have to run the dungeons again to get more tokens.

The only real way they have to refund tokens is to do an account rollback and that is reserved for hacked accounts.
