I updated my graphics drivers a few days ago and I noticed that when ever I get close to any kind of mountain I get this very strange artifacting graphical error. The walls seems to become semi transparent and it makes viewing things very difficult.
The bug happen when I move the camera around and at certain angles. I have pictures of before and after the bug for comparison!
I’m using a EVGA Ge-force 680

Know issue. Disable ambient occlusion in the NV control panel.

Yep, same here with GTX580 win7 64bit and the latest WHQL Nvidia release.
306.23 release.
Disabling ambient occlusion as stated above seems to cure it.
Otherwise all is good.
