Waiting 8 hrs Karka event, I made a team because I know my game must crash once in such event to ensure re-login to the same world.

When Karka was in 50%, game crashed and I quickly re-login.

Karka was dead and no chest left for me.

What a stupid system that clear what players done 30 sec ago.

Crash in event i.e. temples, dragons, Karka, is common in this 2 months. I found that it is weird crash only occurs once in every event. I don’t know why. I believe it is not a problem for my i7 16GB iMac to load data.

It sucks about the crashing but there is a schedule for the world bosses available. So you at least don’t have to wait that long for an event.

I used to check events by http://guildwarstemple.com/dragontimer/. When I login the game last day, the web indicated the next karka event would begin at 8 hrs later.

Missed the Karka chest again a min ago. Nothing I can get but watching others posted their exotics looted.

One more today.

Are you saying you crash (not disconnect, because that has most likely to do with your internet connection) every time you do the event? Because only this is Mac related. Missing the event because you didn’t know they switched to a fixed schedule for World Bosses has nothing to do with it. Also they will never compensate you for anything like this. To me it seems more like a rant now than a constructive problem.

If you are indeed crashing all the time it might help to describe what happens / what errors you get. And opening a support ticket with the errors might help too (though you need to stay very calm through the whole process as they always advice you to do the most basic things first).
