Weird slow motion fps lag thingie.....
Check your GPU temp and also CPU temp .. check stability Furmark (CPU) + Prime 95(CPU) – watch temp when you do these tress test
For some reason the game runs normally now….and i did not change anything at all….ah well i am not complaining
great, have fun
Did you restart your PC? maybe you left to much open programs…

I have been having microstuttering for the last little while. Same issue as op I think. I turned down some settings and that didn’t matter. Might be netlag?

This is a pretty common problem with throttling that happens due to heat/load/power. These new processors have that built in. At least that is the conclusion I had based upon my research into the same problem.
And it started again today…..i really have no idea….my cpu/gpu is not overheating….and even if i put everything on low and turn off every option that uses pref. it still happens
Only thing i have working in background is winamp playing radio…i tried to turn it off and ofc it did not fix the issue lol

run GW2 in a window, run GPU-Z, CPU-Z, and Core temp.
Report the following – Both normal and when studdering
CPU-Z – vCore, Multipler
GPU-Z, Sensor Tab – Utilization, Core Clock, Memory Clock, Temp
CoreTemp – Core Temps, Clock Speed

My maxes through HWmonitor indicate that everything is ok. Stressed but ok

I dont care what HWMonitor shows. I care what the reports are from the applications I recommended show. and you provided NO data.
Can help with no information.

I figured it out. I use GPU-z and CPU-z all the time. Temps are fine. Voltages are fine. It was a weird issue with texture filtering and Radeonpro(which I have to use for sweetfx).
