I have submitted a ticket but no answer – the game has not worked for 8 hours and you should have fixed the server issues in less than that time.
I have only just recently been able to log on to the forum server. I kept getting “don’t know me” errors.
I accept that there will sometimes be problems but I resent the fact that there is no information given.

Problem at your end – please explain?

Hi moderator – thanks for the response. You expect one to wait for 3 days or more to play a game for which they have paid because of your company’s incompetence and lack of server capacity for a game which they have commercially sold?? Have another think please and review your response!

Remember the buyer influence axiom. You don’t give us what we pay for then we will not buy your product. The buyer has the power! Amen!!!!!
BTW I am an Admin on better forums than this. This one is a shocker.
If I have to wait 3 days then I will never play or buy another version of this game again and will pass that on to all my clan members.
Also BTW – I have been using IT since the early 70s – bought the first electronic calculator in the early 70s – first exposure to mainframes late 70s – early electronic commerce in 1990s so I do have some limited understanding.

If you have submited a ticket you just need to wait a bit until support gets in contact with you.

Ah well, it seems you punish people for complaining – my wife put in a ticket after me but she has the game back.
The best choice seems EA so I will have to go back to BF3.
Frankly, If I do not the product or service I pay for, I get very angry.
