I really hope they look at our tickets soon
My husband is having the same problem. He has received emails from them about his ticket but now he has another probably. Because he was impatient and didn’t want to wait anymore for them, he played a couple characters on the 2nd account. Now they are saying, “We see that you are able to play your account. Are you still having problems?” and when he explained again what he needed they said, “We can’t do character transfers at this time.” He doesn’t want his characters transferred. he wants his account combined. I don’t think this is a big deal. But he doesn’t have the character that he worked hard on during release and he doesn’t have his prepurchase item because it’s not the correct account. But he didn’t want to wait to play because it was taking forever to get a response. Ugh!! This is so frustrating!!
