Are you talking about your character names? Can’t you log in and check yourself? If you can log in to the forums you can log in to the game using the same information.

the problem is i have my password saved thats how im able to log in
I just don’t know the password, thats why i need to change but dont know my character name
With most browsers you can view your browser settings and view your saved passwords. What browser do you use?

google chrome is the browser i use
For Chrome, go to settings > show advanced settings > under passwords and forms click the manage passwords link > where it shows the guild wars 2 link under saved passwords with the password all dots click the dots and select show password.
You may have to enter your computer admin password to show it.
