When oh when are fixes expected?
That’s why some 400,000+ people play this game in any given hour with little to no issues “When oh when will people take responsibility for their own hardware and software issues”
put the correct term in but not everyone has kittens
Congratulations sir +1 points into flaming for you. If I was a solitary poster you may have had a point but look at every single thread in the tech support section there are 1000’s of people with this problem so it needs to be addressed by them and not fobbed off by someone like you. If it was a hardware/software issue it would have reared its head before the latest patch as it ran fine for over a year before that, after the patch it’s a broken mess of a game.
OP;
well you tell us NOTHING about your hardware, your Ingame settings, or what OS/Driver versions your running. You also dont include the Crash Dump from GW2.exe.
so how do you expect anyone to help you is beyond me.
and I play in 3×1 Eyefinity with no issues what-so-ever. So yea, its going to be something with only your hardware/software setup.

Did you open a ticket? If not, how do you expect for it to get fixed? The number of players experiencing this issue is likely less than 100 (not 1000s). I do believe there are specific workarounds for this type of issue, but I can pretty much guarantee you it’s not going to be any type of wholesale software update.
Fate is just the weight of circumstances
That’s the way that lady luck dances
Well, if this game has “game breaking” bugs that cause crashes and disconnects (etc.) – I have yet to encounter them. That’s not to say that it doesn’t have some bugs – that’s going to be normal for software of this complexity and magnitude.
Please keep in mind; several of us that post in tech support are actual techs (electronics and computers for me) as well as PC builders and the occasional programmer or two.
Also, remember that we are working “blind”. We can’t see what’s actually going on without logs, system specs or symptoms and even then it can still require a bit of guesswork because numerous symptoms can mimic a whole host of other possible root causes.
Now, if we actually had your computers to diagnose it would be much easier to solve these problems. Of course, that’s kinda’ impossible, so we need as much information as you can provide for us to go on.

Firstly, don’t assume I know nothing about computers I have been building/repairing them for almost 20 years now. I know my way around a computer. This is how I know 100% it is not an issue on my end. As for saying it’s less than 100 people, open your eyes son. A quick google search on the subject will show you just how wrong you are. What is wrong was the January update completely broke the game for a LOT if people, from what I can make out nearly all are AMD users too (please don’t go with the normal line if … Oh. Upgrade to nvidia. Annoys the hell outta me) I have a fx-8350 @4.2ghz with a xfx 7870 dd 2ghz and 16gb Kingston viper 1600 ddr3 ram.. I’m writing this from my phone so don’t have the access to logs but have sent every single crash to arenanet through the client reporter.

Still, Supply the crash log.
