The responses go to the email the ticket came from. The first response is a computer generated acknowledgement that should be pretty quick. If you aren’t getting them check your spam and junk folders, sometimes they go there. Read this ticket here about lost emails.

It’s to the email that the ticket is headed with, not the email linked to your account.
