I just bought GW2 today about 5 hours ago and i have still not received the email verification email. I have logged in and out of the client and pressed send 3 times but still no email. I receive all the other emails fine but just not this one. I have made a ticket is there anything else i can do?

Sometimes they go in the spam folders. Did you look there?

Sometimes, rarely, this happens. If you’ve looked through all the folders and can’t find it they say to contact support. Go to the support tab at the top of the page then to ‘ask a question’ and make a ticket so they can help you.

I made a ticket and was told to check spam folders and do what this link says https://account.guildwars2.com/recovery. I did what the link says and it told me to contact customer support lol.

Well the first contact from them is usually a form letter or just basic ‘try this first’ sort of letter. Many people make basic mistakes that simple advice clears up. Since it didn’t work for you, update your ticket with that information and get more detailed help.

Just put in a new email address and i finally got the email >.> thx for the help its all fixed now!
