Guild Wars 2

I’ve filed 2 bug reports over the past several weeks and am still having this problem. When I click to whisper to someone, even during off-hours (like right now, 10am EST on a Sunday), it takes about 15 minutes for the whisper window to open. As the leader of a guild, it’s very difficult to play the game this way, as it’s impossible for me to recruit or to handle guild business. Any help appreciated, and thanks for your time.

This is not an account issue and I believe this belongs in the bugs section of the forum. This is not solvable on individual basis.

Please make sure you also state your server there (it might have to do with network lag for EU-players, cause the pm’s go through the NA server center.

Thank you for your response. I disagree, though, because other people on my server who are on at the same time as myself do not have this issue. To answer your question, I’m on the Northern Shiverpeaks server and I play from the US.

It is however a tech issue. Here we deal with bans and such.
