Help, I can’t enter Knut Whitebeard’s Loft. Everything i try to enter it brings me to the map transition screen and get stuck there. With the loading circle at the bottom right still spinning. I get stuck at that screen for more than 5 mins, always have to ctrl+alt+dlt to close gw2 application

I tried again, this time it gave an error msg

Error code 7:0:0:783:101
The game has lost connection with the server

Same here. There is another thread here suggesting this is might be a general problem with all instanced areas

I’m also having the same issue, but only with Knut Whitebear’s Loft. Other instances seem to be loading ok for me.

I’m having the same problem. Stuck on loading screen to Knut Whitebear’s loft and upon closing the client then trying to log back in on the same character I receive an error message.

“The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time.”
Code=19:9:18:1614:101

Same here, the game crashes if i try to get in. Hope there is a fix soon. Should we contact any GW2 personel about this ?

i am also getting stuck with same error message, i tried 6 times with no luck. It is my last point of interest to unlock too =/

Sigh. I tried Rata Sanctum instance area too. Same problem. Can’t get my 100% complete. Hope this is fixed soon
