Why does the server keep going down or is it me?

It’s the server. Same thing is happening to me :[

Mine’s down too, so it’s probably an emergency maintenance or something.

Happening to me too. Got logged out twice, now I can’t log in at all.

yeah i cant login to the game. says connection failed.

i got kicked off the game for password incorrect

Got back in but booted again a minute later.

got back in to character select, but then got a transaction failed error and can’t login again

It sais “Network error” to me

Out 3 times now, keeps dropping me.

J/K I can’t log in either >.<

Got on a few hours ago, played for a while without issue, however now I am only able to get on and to the character select before it boots me again. Can’t seem to get into the world.

oh well i guess ill get some sleep

They have been doing maintenance just 1 hour ago , of course this will be tied into it
with unexpected problems etc , give it time

Check that, I was able to get into the game world, but every time I make it in, I am booted out within a minute.

every few login attempts i manage to get into game but get disconnected after a few mins

If you are experiencing that you PW is incorrect, that might be because tons of users are login in on the same time, so login server can’t handle that many requests.
The order in which things might be.
0 – Ingame, and playing.
1 – Ingame, lost connection.
2 – Ingame, could not connect to server.
3 – Launcher, could not connect. (Blame firewall message lol…)
4 – Launcher, incorrect PW.
5 – Launcher, lost connection, please wait a few minutes before restarting client.
These are the order you might experience them.
When server goes down you wont be able to reach 0, and depending on how far you gotten you should be able to find yourself on this list. :P

Same issues here, a variety of error codes that are getting kicked out at me though.

There was another that I forgot to write down in my frantic hurry to spam the login button so I can resume standing around in LA rather than farming legendary mats.

Same problem for me. Logging in fails with many different excuses, and when I do get online accidentally, I get disconnected pretty fast.

Started crafting after the maintenance, no issues. Received an In Game Popup saying “Incorrect Password” and was booted from the game. Error code is also 42:….3928

Same here, I’ve done everything their tech support is asking. . . this is quite rediculous. We may not be paying month sub to play. . .but we did purchase a playable game, or so I thought. . .

the the thing i find funny every time i get kicked for incorrect password when currently playing is, i already logged in and playing the game so i already authenticated. imo they authenticate way to much in the game so it does not surprise me that this happens as often as it does

I was in the middle of Rata Sum when this happened to me. I got booted out of the game due to some Transaction Failed error. Tried to log in a few times. Was successful some times but got booted out again after a few seconds. Now, I can’t log in at all. It’s giving me error 42:0:9001:3928.

Me too seems to me they should stablize the servers? Before bringing in more load with the MAC’s

This is happening to me too. It will let me in for about an hour then boot me off with an Error Code. I don’t know what’s going on, but it needs to be solved.

Getting it now. Logging in and when I enter a zone I soon get booted off saying theres an error with a corrupted file.

I have been getting this error 42:0:9001:3928:101 for the past week almost now and it is getting to be a pain in the butt logging in and playing 5 mins then I get booted from game. I have no router and I do turn off firewall but still get dc’d.

Anything I can do or u people can do about this plz and ty
