Hello there,

I would like to know why my account name was changed to “album boa” (????). There was no notification, no warning, no communication. I just logged in an my name was this stupid one.
My previous name was “Bamboula” and I am using this for years now in all games. I allready wrote to the german customer support but they answered by auto mail or something else without relation to my question.

The name you originally chose is an extremely offensive racial epithet in French. That it why it was censored. I do understand that there may be other definitions, such as the one you provided, but overall, the name is simply too marginal to allow to remain in the game.
