I got my wife into playing games with me, and she really enjoys this game. We don’t play very often, but today she was very excited to play for a multi-hour session, which I of course was pumped about.
However, her account is suspended. I can’t see this as being for a legitiment reason. We haven’t played for weeks, her name is fine and she doesn’t even type when in the game. Her character’s code is Banana.7413
Please respond, i don’t want to miss out on one of the times she wants to play.
*edit: She received no e-mail regarding any suspensions, and has just submitted a ticket.

This one in particular is about an inappropriate name. (Since you keep bringing that up. I have to wonder what names are on the account besides “Allie the Wonder”.)
Good. So now you know WHY you were suspended. Now open up a support ticket and state your case. It may take a bit for a response. If you don’t get a response in 3 days, post to the sticky thread up top with the ticket number and when you submitted the ticket.
Then you need to contact support. That link will walk you through the process.
On a side note, it’s not about the character’s name. The name suspensions specifically mention that. So do the ones about botting and gold sale/purchase issues.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen one that gives no description whatsoever as to the issue.
