Will character restoration ever be available?

The only reason I’m asking this is because I accidentally deleted a low level character which I forgot had my Unbreakable Choir Bell on it. I realize how stupid I was and am just wondering if a restoration account service will ever be available?

We have an ART — account restoration tool — now. But it is not used for issues like accidental deletions, mistaken purchases, etc., but it is designed and used only for a full-account restoration in the case of an account compromise.

We may have a “undo” button or something of that sort in the future. Believe me, I’d done what you did, and I’m sorry to hear about it. I hope we’ll have a feature that is a sort of eraser for mistakes, even if it’s limited to immediate use. (IOW, you could undo while in the interface, but can’t go back weeks later and undo a purchase. )

dont think they can, i had my 4yr daughter delete my mystic forge conduit and support said they couldn’t help.

“I’m very sorry to hear about the issue you had with your items. But I’m afraid at this time, the Support Team is unable to restore any individual characters, items, or currency. We’d be unable to restore any of the deleted items as we simply do not have the tools to provide this service at this time.”
