okay. So, I quit gw2 for a big while to play other stuff, back then the world transfer is still free. I was in a big guild that my friends stays in. After I wanted to go back to play gw2, I came back and realize that the guild I used to stay with change the location to another world/server. Now I got left behind because during the time Anet stop the free world transfer, I did not know about the changes, thus result in me got left behind.

Will there be another free world transfer? that’s my question

I know that you can still do PvE with the guesting system, but the WvW has became the problem, now that I can’t go WvW with my friends anymore.

I doubt there will be more free world transfers. Iirc, that was back when there were no guesting and people were finding the servers they liked. This constant switching around caused problems with WvW rankings so free transfers were discontinued after guesting was implemented. Even if they do have free transfers at some time, it might not be for months to years.

Pretty much you have 3 options. Guest to play with your guild and earn money in game to buy gems, buy gems with real money or delete all your characters and transfer for free to their server, assuming it isn’t full.

What better excus…er, reason to push for one day a year that honors “Nicholas Sandford and Professor Yakkington” and allows a player to do one free world transfer while having some kind of in-game remembrance on that day for them.
