Q:
Will this card run the game at any rate.
You have a bigger problem than the GPU since it’s only available on what is essentially a netbook/tablet grade CPU.
Expect a slide show.

Hi Karanda,
we could do with a few more details regarding the laptop, model/make etc..
just going off the HD 7310m it had a passmark of 166.
http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+HD+7310M&id=2217
I had a desktop with a dual core AMD 5000+ ( 2.6ghz ) and a 8600gt gpu.. passmark of 258.. the reason I say this… my frame rate was extremely low even on the minimum settings, it could play the game but it was certainly not playable for me.
As the post above states, the gpu is not the only problem.
If you have gone ahead and purchased the laptop you can always use this website to see how the specifications sum up to the requirements.

Unfortunately I have never tested a embedded gpu ( gpu on motherboard ) with guild wars 2. the requirements does state 256mb of dedicated memory where as the HD 7310 is shared..
Hope this helps.
Chances are it will ‘run’, but it wont be playable.
Cheap Laptops/notebooks do not a gaming machine make :P
You would be looking at $1000/£1000 for a laptop that could ‘play’ GW2. Even then it wont be great.

That GPU is found on an E1-1200 or E1-1500 APU. Dual core either 1.4 or 1.48GHz, same performance as a 3.4GHz Pentium D, 3/4rds the performance of a 2GHz Athlon 64 X2, 1/5th the performance per core of the i7-4770 and 1/4th the performance per core of the FX-8350. The CPU is way down in slowsville so even if it had a decent GPU crowded events will still be a slide show.
