Guild Wars 2

Hi guys,

i have bought the game 24 h ago and i have downloaded the client now on two different Pc.. but unluckly i have the same error on both Pc. (one have win 8.1 other win 7)

After clicking on play the game crash with the same error. I tried to find anyone with the same error but i have no found solution.

I want play..Please fix this error soon i sadly lost only my money without possibility of play
I accept any suggestion about this error. Any guru can cope?

Make sure you are running the game with administrator privileges.

i always run the game both as administrator and ensure however the privileges to be sure of it. nothing new happen.

Any other suggestion? i ve also done all updates with windows update

i also have tried to set data execution prevent on disabled in advanced system proprieties (just checked and was ok)
I also have launched the game in compatibility mode ( both win xp sevice pack 2 and 3)
disabling firewall and antivirus too but problem persist.
