Guild Wars 2

Hi there,

I’m just wondering, as a windows 7 user I’ve had very few problems with running gw2 but as with every other user I’ve been offered a free upgrade to windows 10. When I go to install this upgrade, it pops up an alert saying that an applications is not compatible with windows 10, this single application is gw2.

The installer then directs you to ask developers for support on the issue, so here I am requesting support. Is there any information you can give me about this?

I’ve never had this problem on Win 10, but I notice in your pic you have some weird icons for your guardian abilities. Maybe the addon or whatever it is you are running to mod those icons is causing Windows to give you that message?

After release of Win10 there were quite a lot posts about problems with
NVidia drivers and other NVidia software .. but haven’t seen much of that
in the last time.

No issues here with Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

Windows 10 64-bit Home, no problem with either client.
