Have you logged out/closed your game since this occurred? There have been issues in the past with other items to where they seemingly disappeared while transferring them to your bags. Others reported the transfer as kind of being lagged, that they didn’t show up in the inventory until after closing and re-opening their game and logging back into that character.

I had this happen yesterday with a stack of sigils. Took them out of guild bank, and they weren’t on my character, nor in the bank. The log didn’t show them being removed, yet they weren’t there. The odd thing was, the ‘empty’ space in the bank was no longer usable. After a short time, changing zones, changing characters, etc., they showed up in the bank, again. Hopefully, your item will, as well. =)
Also, if you do not hear back from support, you can log into your Support account and check responses there, or update your ticket, or – after 3 days- post in the Sticky thread in Account issues to have someone check on your issue.

Yes I have close the game out since then and they r still not in my bank or inventory.

When you are have the guild inventory open, look at the left hand side of the panel. There is a icon for the log there. It shows who put in and took out what and when.
Just as AP says…left of window.

Well I just got my answer from Anet and apparently it’s against their moral rules to give back items even if its from an in-game bug. My guess is I just haven’t purchased enough gems for me to get on their list of exceptions.
There isn’t any list of ‘exceptions’ that I have ever heard of. If CS can’t find the item, they are unable to replace it. Sorry for your loss. It may still show up, there’s always hope. =)

Support will always try to help. If you were declined (and I don’t have a ticket number so I can’t review this situation) it’s because the team could not establish that you had the items. We get a whole lot of people who say they had such-and-such, but records show they destroyed it, gave it away, traded it, sold it, or just never had it.
Our goal is to help every player, when helping is reasonable and possible.

The reference # is 131014-001768. If this was an item that wasn’t account bound that I could just buy I wouldn’t be this upset but its a one-time item that was just a skin. Also there r multiple ways to see if I had it by logging into my account and checking the banks and inventories also checking to achievements to make sure I earned it.

If only there was a way to gift you mine I would….I have all those Account bound back items sitting in my bank that I will never use….just not a back item person….
