Guild Wars 2

Hi guys, just wondering if you all have this problem same as i. During the game, my wireless keyboard sometimes become unresponsive, the duration may range for 5sec to 20sec. But my wireless mouse is still able to click.

My keyboard is working fine when i’m out of gw2 or playing another games, it only happens in gw2. Already updated the latest version but still having this issue, most probably i will go get a wired keyboard to test it out

My keyboard: Wireless Keyboard Logitech K350

I use a wired keyboard and mouse always, and have no lag issues with chat input. I have tried wireless ones and they ALL have input lag , especially the combo ones where mouse and keyboard are going through the same receiver , regardless of what I’m doing on the pc.

Try putting the receiver in a different USB slot. Preferably on the front of your PC and not next to a wireless adapter.

I’ve lurked about different forums because I had the same problem with input lag (game controls, menu and chat) in GW2 and a couple of other games (I own the K250 wireless from Logitech.. I didn’t find any useful information so I tired a few things and I got rid of the problem. I did the following:
1. uninstalled all (!) Logitech related software (Setpoint, Unifying software and what not)
2. got rid of driver leftovers with a driver sweeper
3. went to hardware manager and uninstalled the keyboard
4. unplugged the wireless receiver
5. shut windows down
6. plugged the receiver into a different usb port
7. started my machine and let windows install all drivers

That fixed it for me. No more input lag.

Is there any other solution to this problem? because i still want to use setpoint.

btw. i got a K350 as well And got sometimes lag between the input and the game, as well as sometimes it seems it needs some time to activate before the signals are transferred. Most (but just about 70%) of the time it seems to work fine. Restarting the game helps but this is no option in the fractals.
