World Transfer stuck?
Ya having the same problem here, only one major difference. I haven’t even chosen a home world yet or made a character. I apparently logged in for the first time last around the server outrage and i still have error 1032. The support team takes forever does anyone have any advice? I really want to play this game but this is ridiculous.
The transfers should only take a minute or less(I haven’t had one take more than the time to logout an relog again), so it sounds like something got fubar along the way.

Same as OP, im stuck with the same message going for over 12 hours now.
We need a phone support system…i made a post for people to have a legitimate discussion…

You need to put in a support ticket and wait in the queue.
I have put in about 5 support tickets and have almost all gotten responses but none of them have helped they all say to just wait for the process to be over. I even had my login reset but to no avail. I think the support isn’t entirely sure whats going on some sorta major bug if u ask me.
FYI for others, what I have received so far from support (I guess these answers are specifically for people who transferred, not to people who haven’t even chosen a world?):
It’s difficult to say when your desired server may be back up. Just keep checking. I’m sure it wont be too long. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

From what is said, we assume that once you sent in your request to switch servers, the server you were on went done.
You character is still on the previous server and will not be switched to the new server until the one you were previously on is back up.
Let’s hope tonights update causes servers to reset and fix the issue, I guess. Luckily the responses are within hours instead of days, have to give credits to support for that, even though thus far they have been unable to resolve the issue.
Hopefully, and I really hope it fixes everyones transfer problems but it’s still mind boggling for people like me who get a random error of code for a processes we never activated. Which is scary if u think about it. But I do give support the credit of fairly quick responses even though they weren’t helpful and half of them didn’t read my description and just said wait for the transfer to finish even after I specifically stated I didn’t initiate a transfer.
P.S. sorry for all the pessimistic posts here I just can’t help but be annoyed with the fact I haven’t even played the game and for 2 days straight I’m stuck emailing support and nothing is getting resolved.
Woooot! I’m logged in and playing again. I was still on the server I was before I transferred, but I took another try at transferring and it worked this time (only had to wait a few minutes). Time to close my ticket.
Same finally able to play!!!!
