Is possible to transfer me for another server, if i choose wrong? I moved from Blacktide to Desolation, and that was mistake, my friends are on Underworld.

They may, depending on the circumstances. I suggest you contact support using the tab at the top of the page and then go to ‘ask a question’. Very likely in your case they will not but if they don’t then you are no worse off.

Another thing. If you delete all your characters (after removing all items from them and salvaging what can’t be reused) you can transfer for free.
