Hi,

first of all sorry for the double post but i think this section is better for the issue i have.

I try to change home worlds and the system tells me its moving me but when i log back in i’m still in my old home world.

the world i’m trying to get to is “high” the cost is 1000 gems (these i have)
i’m in europe and i am trying to get to an american server to rejoin my old guild.

i tried this 2 times now. at the moment no gems are taken but i’m afraid to try again and find out maybe later 3000 gems are gone.

anybody got any idea what is causing this not to work?

It can take up to 30 minutes for the transfer to actually go through.

Maybe you are trying to log back in to fast?

I’ll try that, but i remember before (when it wass still free) you could not log in at that time. I’ll post back when i get back home then it has had like 2h ^^

4h later now i logged back in and still i am in my old world (server) so its not that i loged in to fast. but thanks for the suggestion.

Submitting a ticket would be the next step.

Well i got a response to the ticket,

They say my account doesnt show anny attempt have been made to switch servers, wich is incorrect as i pressed the button 5 times now to try it ^^
I replied back asking a manual transfer (for the same amount of gems ofcourse) and must wait now since its weekend :p

There is a 7 day cooldown between server transfers. Have you transferred previously?

no the last transfer was back when it was still free.

i got a reply back already that they transfer me manually and got kicked from the game with the message transfer in progress.

however after login i’m still in the old server i hope they can fix this though.
