Dear employees!

I’ve just bought Guild Wars 2, I just wanted to play with my friends, but we had some communication issues and I registered to a wrong server. I’m currently playing on Ring of Fire, but my friends are playing on Whiteside Ridge. Can you transfer me to Whiteside Ridge please? My character’s name is Swaglemore (level 3 Charr).

I like this game and I want to play this with my friends. I’ve made a mistake, please help me.

You can easily transfer at no cost by deleting your character. Place all non-soulbound items in the bank, as the bank, account wallet and all account-bound items will transfer with you.

Or, contact CS, and they will investigate your request, as soon as possible. Good luck.

I want to post here to make it clear that CS will not move your characters or accounts between servers. You may transfer by paying the transfer fee or you may delete your characters and start afresh. Only one transfer per week is allowed.
