You will need to discuss the issue with the CS Team by submitting a request ticket.

It’s been what, half a day? I wouldn’t hold my breath for a response for a few days.

Its been a day. I am still in Borlis Pass and my gems have not been refunded. Either you put me back in Crystal desert and give me back the 1800 gems or put me in dragonbrand and keep the gems. But dragonbrand is full so i dont know if you can do that.
Did you receive the automated response, ‘Thank you for your request’? If so, you will need only to wait until your ticket makes its way through the queue.
If you have not yet submitted your request to the CS Team, nothing will happen until you do.

I am still in Borlis pass. Tim from customer support contacted me and said he will sent someone to help but no one is helping till now. I have sent many chaser emails to Tim but no response.
Again, patience is key. Support is a little swamped at the moment, it takes up to a week to get a response. After that time, post your ticket number there: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/GW2-Tickets-for-Review-7-days-older
Until then, bombarding CS with even more emails is probably not going to help, only giving them more work to do on top of everything else.

The CS Team is a bit overwhelmed at this time due to the recent promotion, and has allotted 7 (seven) days as a window for timely responses.
Hopefully, you updated your ticket (to CS Team Member Tim), rather than creating new tickets which would slow down any responses to you.
After 7 days with no response whatsoever, and you still need assistance, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky above, ‘GW2 Tickets for Review 7 Days and Older’.
