I was banned for no reason not too long ago, and I’ve already sent my support ticket in. Any kind of advice/help with this would be appreciated.

The best advice is to have patience. Ticket queue runs from 24-48 hours so plan on some other activities to occupy your mind at the same time would make waiting easier.

Of course, they have a lot of things to do and other people to help out. Thanks for the tip though, and hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Unfortunately some tickets are past 48 hours. Mine is going on 72+ However, patience is the only thing you can have right to help with this situation.

First have a look at this thread: How to submit a ticket and check if you gave the required information. If not, please update your ticket.

You can ask for a review, but wait at least 3 days and post in this specific thread: Tickets for Review 3 days and older.
