Guild Wars 2

Me and several of my guildies just crashed during a big fight in WvW after patch.
We’ve compared errors and they are all the same. New WvW settings were set both on Low.
Crash log attached.

Basically, all our crash logs had the same element:
Assertion: Model has an unexpected compute reference count
File: ..\..\..\Engine\Model\Model.cpp(568)

Same happened to me twice now, will edit later and add the crash log.

Mine did that a few minutes ago – very annoying as I am now stuck in the queue again.

happened to me 3 times tonight, same error, reports sent to arenanet

p.s. queue is more than an hour, so its extremely annoying

I’ve had this happen to me twice so far tonight while in big zergs. It’s really annoying as my system can more than handle wvw and the game.

I’m crashing on BL’s, every time i try to go there.

EB is fine though…

I’ve crashed one time in my entire Guild Wars 2 playing time pre-patch, but post-patch I’ve already crashed 4-5 times in WvW.

The crash log read exactly as what the OP stated.

I hope the devs are aware of this.

Haven’t played since the game crashed the second time yesterday, but the new patchnotes say: “Fixed various server crashes.” If I crash in WvW the next time I will ad the log.

i just crashed in wvw also. same error as OP

Any Dev response on this ? My whole guild is having crashes with the same error I have, all day.
