Evening all, I just got myself 1k Achievement points and was awarded with a choice of Zenith skins.

I wanted the pistol skin but decided against it because I would only be able to use it on one item. So instead I picked the bow. Then to my surprise it says after I picked “Additional copies are available from the achievement panel.”

So I could of used those pistol to make a double it seems, yet it does not tell you that you have that choice before you pick, but only after you choose.

If I contacted support would they allow me to swap it for the pistol skin?

Additional copies means you can “download” the skin to any of your characters from the achievement panel. I would assume you could have used it on multiple pistols, unfortunately I don’t think support will be able to revert your decision.

Support will not be able to revert your choice. It would require an account roll-back which is a last-resort system for compromised accounts.

However, dont worry to much as you will get another weapon skin choice later once you earn more achievement points.

While it may not be clear, they have stated in the past when those were released that they were account based skin unlocks. Might be an idea to put in a suggestion to make it clearer there for new players.

Yeah. Annoying that it doesn’t really tell you. However as said before you will get another chance later. Eventually if you play long enough you will get all of them. It doesn’t take that long if you do the Living Story achieves, daily and monthly.
